Fiction and Articles – Plimption Hoisery Evaluation
Reginald Plimpton was a very nervous man, especially of late. Sitting at his newly acquired desk, he stared blankly at the green walls and swallowed hard and as he did his prominent Adam’s apple bobbed up and down noticeably.
Despite his fine-tailored suit he never looked quite right, somehow always appearing as though he had purchased his apparel off the second– hand rack. He was perpetually concerned that his employees would think him an incompetent drone without any real vision. He thought they saw him as fortunate due both to an accident of birth and the recent passing of his elderly father–Reginald Plimpton Senior–to suddenly find himself at the helm of Boston’s largest hosiery design corporation.
